Refund Policy

Returns:


- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- You will need to send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt to info@barrelsoflondon.com with the subject line: Return: (Order number) e.g. Return: #0001. If you could include any reasoning behind the return in the e-mail.
- Please do not ship anything until you receive a response from us.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including swing ticket).
- To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within due course.

Late or missing refunds:

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

- We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item because of the above, please send us an email at info@barrelsoflondon.com, we will then advise you with next steps.

Shipping:

- To return your product (if qualifying for a refund or exchange as detailed above), please first send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt to info@barrelsoflondon.com with the subject line: Return: (Order number) e.g. Return: #0001. If you could include any reasoning behind the return in the e-mail.
- Please do not ship anything until you receive a response from us.
- It is the sender’s responsibility to arrange for shipping, so we do recommend using a courier service that you trust and is easily trackable for your peace of mind. 
- We recommend you using a courier service that you trust and one that is easily trackable as the sender does incur the shipping expense. Any returns remain the sender’s responsibility until the item/s reaches our warehouse.
- Please also include a print out of the e-mail receipt you received when making the purchase

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
